Hi! I'm Michał Dobrzycki - an engineering leader and consultant who helps companies build, skill up, and integrate software teams.

I work across DevOps, SRE, QA, and development to find common ground, remove friction, and improve how teams deliver software together.

Career Path

I've walked through every major role in software delivery - which is why I can connect with each team and understand their challenges from the inside:

SCV Consultants (2015–present) - My own consulting practice. I help companies improve dev effectiveness, adopt AI (MCP, n8n, AI agents), optimize cloud costs, strengthen architecture and quality, and build proper quality gates. Over 10 years of hands-on work with teams across industries.
Duco (2021–2025, ~5 years) - QA Engineer → Back End Developer → Senior Developer → Engineering Manager. Experienced the full journey from startup to scale-up in an enterprise SaaS company. Worked on Data Platform & Data Engineering.
Avanade (2017–2021, 3+ years) - QA Consultant. Software Testing & QA Consulting across .NET (C#), TypeScript, Java, Python. Automation for mobile & web, CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, Docker, API testing. Microsoft Azure Certified.
Capgemini (2017, 9 months) - Software Tester. Java, Selenium, Jenkins, Docker, Python, Agile/Scrum.
Project Management background (2009–2015) - 6 years as a Project Manager with elements of Product Owner. This business experience gives me a perspective that most engineers lack - I understand priorities, budgets, stakeholder management, and how to align tech decisions with business outcomes.

Why I'm Different

Most consultants come from one discipline. I've done QA, backend development, data engineering, infrastructure, and engineering management - in real production environments, not just in theory.

This means I can:

Bridge silos - I speak the language of DevOps, SRE, QA, and Dev teams because I've been part of each
Spot systemic issues - Problems often live between teams, not inside them. My cross-functional experience helps me see what others miss
Align tech with business - My PM background means I don't just optimize code - I optimize outcomes
